Description
Digital Renewal is a service created for existing Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT & ŠKODA finance clients who wish to renew or trade-in their current vehicle for a new model from the comfort of their home. Using answers to a few simple questions e.g. vehicle preferences, financial information and available information on current contract e.g. vehicle value, current contract, the customer was provided with the best matches available in real & virtual vehicle stock.

As a Business Analyst and Supporting Product Owner I was responsible for development, rollout and support of the Digital Renewal products group. Working in an agile development team of 7 and using using full scrum workflow I was responsible for requirement engineering, management of the development process (backlog management, user stories, etc.), QA, Rollout process and Documentation for the Digital Renewal products.

Description
Digital Checkout enables Volkswagen Financial Services countries the online sales of vehicles (asset based products) and services e.g. service plans & insurance (non-asset based products).

As a Rollout Manager & Supporting Product Owner I was responsible for development, rollout and support of the Digital Renewal products group. Working together with two external development teams I was responsible for project resource planning and reporting, architecture and requirement engineering, management of the development process (backlog management, user stories, etc.), QA, Rollout process and Documentation for Digital Checkout products.
