Description
As part of the Viessmann User Lab team and in collaboration with Shell I represented Viessmann as a Design Thinking Coach. I was responsible for planning and facilitation of a week-long Design Thinking workshop for in Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University & Tufts students.

Together we worked on solution for Small island communities across the globe facing some of the earliest and most severe impacts of climate change. Our goal was to create solutions which would help to carbon footprints and inspire broader conversations on the urgent need for all communities to help mitigate climate change by dramatically reducing carbon dioxide emissions.

Development of facilitation of co-creative formats for Design-driven Transformation initiative at Deutsche Telekom.

Description
As part of the diffferent GmbH Experience Design team I was responsible for development, facilitation and learning based iteration of formats driving the Design-Driven Transformation initiative at Deutsche Telekom.

My key focus areas was enabling of employees to take a user-centric approach to solving their daily business challenges and learning how to make innovation part of business-as-usual at Deutsche Telekom. These efforts helped Deutsche Telekom to be named the winner of Service Design Awards in 2016 for Design-driven Transformation in private sector.

Development of facilitation of a week-long co-creative format for Porsche employees.

Description
As part of the diffferent GmbH team I was responsible for development, setup and facilitation of a week-long format using Business Modelling, Design Thinking & Lean Startup methodology.

Our goal was to enable Porsche employees to not only share their ideas across the company, but immediately connected them with other like-minded entrepreneurial colleagues, provide them with the support needed to mature their idea and to help create a tangible MVP. All within 4 days!
